Right of cancellation for seminars and events
As our barista seminars are services in connection with leisure activities and a specific date is provided for their provision (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB), there is no right of cancellation under Section 355 BGB.
With your booking, you expressly agree that the right of cancellation expires as soon as the booking is completed.
Of course, if you are unable to attend, we offer you the option of transferring the course to another person or finding an alternative date subject to availability. Please contact us in good time for this purpose.
Note on booked courses:
There is no statutory right of cancellation for courses with a fixed date (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB).
However, you can cancel your booking voluntarily under the following conditions:
– Up to 4 weeks before the start of the course: free of charge
– Up to 2 weeks before the start of the course: 50 % of the course fee
– Less than 3 days before the start of the course: 80 % of the course fee
Alternatively, a substitute can take part.
